In November 2006, eVent Medical took another very important step in its evolution-we became a subsidiary of Kobayashi Medical America LLC, a subsidiary of Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Japan. The Kobayashi name has meant high quality products and services for customers for over 100 years in both the hospital and consumer market in Japan.
